Paul Reynolds

Paul Reynolds is a retired professor of computer science at the University of Virginia. He set up cameras outside his Locust Avenue home and developed software to track the speeds of vehicles. He has set up several cameras across the city. [1]

He has since become committed to fighting speeding and other unsafe driving in Charlottesville. He is a critic of the Streets That Work initiative. [2]
