The Glenmore Country Club is a golf course and recreational facility built around the Glenmore subdivision in eastern Albemarle County. The club is being sold to a holding company in order to recoup debt owed by developer Glenmore Associates after its treasurer embezzled several hundred thousands of dollars[1].
