Cavalier Crossing

Cavalier Crossing is a an apartment complex in Albemarle County that was built in the 2000's as University Place. The initial targeted tenant were University of Virginia students, but a new wave of luxury apartments closer to Ground helped dilute the market. [1] That led to the new name.
