Brand-Edwards House

The Brand-Edwards House is one of Charlottesville's individually protected properties, meaning any exterior changes or potential demolition would have to be approved by the Board of Architectural Review. The house is located at 205 Fifth Street, SW. [1]


The house was built in the mid-1850's by Chiles M. Brand. A front porch was added in the 1920's. [2]
