5th Street Trail Hub

The 5th Street Trail Hub is a transportation project to serve as a connection point between several trails in the community's southern urban area. The project was awarded $9,841,290 in the fourth Smart Scale round in 2021. [1] [2]

The project had originally been conceived with a park and ride lot, but that was eliminated by the time the Smart Scale application was made. [4]
