The Gleason

The Gleason is a 136,000 square foot mixed-use building built in Charlottesville by Octagon Partners. The building contains 36 residential units, 7,000 square feet of office space, and 7,000 square feet of retail across 16 commercial units. The building is located at the corner of Garrett Street and Second Street SE. [1][2]

The original 30,000 sq.ft. warehouse building was purchased in 2006 by Octagon and Washington Capitol Partners.[3] The by-right development was unanimously approved by the Planning Commission on November 14, 2006.[4]
