550 East Water Street
In 2016, developer Andrew Baldwin successfully won a certificate of appropriateness for construction of the building on a vacant lot.  City Council later upheld an appeal from nearby residents. 
Utility relocation got underway in December 2016 and involved the closing of Water Street to eastbound traffic. The work lasted longer than expected.
