Wickham Pond is a mixed-use residential development along Route 240 in Crozet. The project was originally developed by Weather Hill Development but is now being built by Medallion Enterprises, LLC.

History

The Board of Supervisors approved a rezoning for the development on January 4, 2006[1]. The request was to rezone 20.52 acres from Rural Area zoning to Neighborhood Model District zoning for a total of 107 residential units.

Habitat for Humanity

In the spring of 2016, Habitat is building six units at Wickham Pond in Crozet. [2] The units are to be dedicated on August 5, 2017. [citation needed]
