The Village of Rivanna Master Plan was the most latest growth area to have an adopted master plan and the Village of Rivanna Community Advisory Committee was created to oversee implementation but did not meet until 2013. [1]
The plan area covers 2.7 square miles of land. The southwestern boundary is the Rivanna River. Route 250 is the northern boundary. The western boundary is an unnamed stream east of Camp Branch. The eastern boundary is a ridgeline. [2]
