Treesdale Park is a planned community on East Rio Road in Albemarle County. Plans fall for an 88-unit multi-family community with three multi-story buildings containing a mix of both two and three-bedroom apartments[1].

The project is being constructed by the Albemarle Housing Improvement Program. All units rental to residents who earn below 60 percent of the area median income.

Timeline

  • August 27, 2007: Preliminary work session before Albemarle County Planning Commission [2]
  • November 10, 2009: Preliminary site plan was approved by the Albemarle Planning Commission
