Treesdale Park is a planned community on East Rio Road in Albemarle County. Plans fall for an 88-unit multi-family community with three multi-story buildings containing a mix of both two and three-bedroom apartments[1].

The project is being constructed by the Albemarle Housing Improvement Program. All units rental to residents who earn below 60 percent of the area median income.

The preliminary site plan was approved by the Albemarle Planning Commission November 10 2009. Construction launched on November 10, 2010[2].
