The Transportation Funding Options Report was released in October 2005[1] and outlines potential new sources of revenue to fund transportation projects in Charlottesville and Albemarle County. The project was commissioned by the MPO Policy Board "to address severe statewide budget constraints and the need to expedite implementation of regional transportation projects."[2].
