Tomas Rahal has worked at several restaurants in Charlottesville, including Market Street Café, Mono Loco, Rapture and Continental Divide. He opened and was head chef of Mas Tapas from 2005--2018. In July 2018 he opened Quality Pie in the former Spudnuts location.
