Todd Niemeier (also known as Farmer Todd), is the founder and sole full-time paid member of the Urban Agriculture Collective of Charlottesville.[1]

Biography
Neimeier grew up in New Melle, Missouri and studied agriculture at Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. He also served in the Peace Corps. After the Quality Community Council disbanded in 2011, he agreed to help continue the farms operated at Friendship Court and two Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority properties. [2]
