J. Timothy (Tim) Keller is the at-large member of the Albemarle County Planning Commission. [1]

Keller is a professor emeritus and former chair of the department of landscape architecture at Iowa State University. He received a B.A. from the University of Virginia, an M.L.A. in landscape architecture from UVA and was a Loeb Fellow in Advanced Environmental Design at the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University. [2] Keller is a fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architecture.
