The Thomas Jefferson Area Coalition for the Homeless (TJACH) is a broad-based coalition of individuals and organizations working to end homelessness in our region through strategic planning, coordination of services, and public education/advocacy on the causes and impacts of homelessness. Each year they conduct a "point-in-time" survey of homeless individuals in the area. TJACH is a program of the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission.
