The Terraces is a mixed-use retail and residential building located at 107 1st St S between W Main St and Water St on the Downtown Mall. It contains 26 rental apartments with 35 bedrooms between them, as well as 9 commercial spaces.[1] Though it is a four-story building, it is articulated to create nine levels.[2] The facade is also articulated to appear as 4-5 smaller buildings, despite being one structure.[3]

Developed by Oliver Kuttner, the building was completed in 2001. It is an adaptive reuse of a building that previously contained a Woolworth's, which later became a Foot Locker.[3]
