We may have a problem with these templates related to incumbency. If we use bold to indicate incumbency, that causes a problem when you view the table on the article of that candidate. For example, see [David Toscano]'s page. Each appearance of his name is black and bold because you can't link to the page you are already on it. I think we are going to need to use two symbols after the candidate names to hard code the information, perhaps an asterisk to indicate WINNERS and another character, maybe a +, for incumbency.
