causes a problem when you view the table on the article of that candidate.  For example, see [David Toscano]'s page.  Each appearance of his name is black and bold because you can't link to the page you are already on it. Formatting

We may have a problem with these templates related to incumbency. If we use bold to indicate incumbency, that causes a problem when you view the table on the article of that candidate. For example, see David Toscano's page. Each appearance of his name is black and bold because you can't link to the page you are already on it. I think we are going to need to use two symbols after the candidate names to hard code the information, perhaps an asterisk to indicate WINNERS and another character, maybe a +, for incumbency.
