Parameters
- The sole required parameter is "owner".
This should be the name of one of the three pages that might own water supply assets (do not include brackets in your code):
- RWSA use for the (Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority)
- ACSA for Albemarle County Service Authority, and
- DPW for Department of Public Works

Shows as "type", should be one of
- Dam
- Reservoir
- Water supply pipeline
- Water treatment plant
- Sewer pipeline
- Sewer treatment plant
status
Values are:
- completed
- canceled
- more to come
This affects the categorization and the display of the status indicator.
