I would be interested in filing out the infobox for this project based on the site plan submittals etc. I started an article [[South First Street at 900‐1000 1st Street S]] today without realizing you had one going already. The site plans drawings call-out "1st Street South Apartments" while the city application refers to the development as "South First Street at 900‐1000 1st Street S". I will use the latter name if ok with you. Scope of this development looks like 11+ acres divided into 5 construction phases on three sites (Parcels) as owned by CH'VILLE RED & HOUSING AUTHORITY.
