Template request

It would be neat to have a template that would be similar to {{stub}} but would say that this is a "Sewer Infrastructure project in the planning stage" - maybe similar to how we have the different status updates for each transportation project. --Seantubbs 21:12, 18 August 2009 (EDT)

I'm not doing the template, but I think the category is exactly like the transportation projects, and will set up its first cat for you. I think you'll have your "water supply matrix" without having to create the matrix. That's a bit different from the "stub", but as far as the "stub" part goes, see wikipedia's stub sorting-- B.S.
