deferral?

This page said deferred indefinitely, the info from the Fontaine Ave page said it's for bidding in 2018. Not sure which is correct, so left them both with cite flags. -- B.S. Lawrence 21:32, 14 October 2009 (UTC)

They're both correct. "Indefinitely" means it is currently not receiving any funds, but because the project has received funds in the past, it's still active. Let me get through adding all the items on the Transportation Improvement Program and then I'll make sure everything is cited. We would probably get in trouble if we used the phrase "project punted to future council"--Seantubbs 12:41, 19 October 2009 (UTC)
That makes things clearer, I think; if we mean "not receiving funds", then it's better to say that, so I tried to make the language consistent among the pages/sections. Can someone make sure I didn't turn it into lies? For further info, it's not clear what the future council can/must ndo with it? Seems like this might be opportunity for a particular new type of (sub?)-status for proposed transporation projects? -- B.S. Lawrence 17:43, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
Or a glossary that defines our own terms? I don't think they're consistent yet, but this is making them. After today, we have a lot more transportation projects in cvillepedia that previously weren't there. Thanks for the clean-up.--Seantubbs 18:23, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
