At some point, I would like to document pedestrian/cyclist accidents in Charlottesville and don't know where to do that. For now, I'm putting it here. --Seantubbs (talk) 15:58, 22 February 2016 (CST)

Accident timeline

  • August 24, 1933: Nine-year old Gayle Carter was struck by a driver at the corner of Fifth and Dice Streets. The drive sped off. [1]
  • January 21, 1960: UVA student William Lewis Herring struck on his bike by automobile and injured on West Main Street near Preston Avenue. [2]
