What's the official name of the list? I can't find anything that actually has "list" in its name. Is this the "Six Year Secondary Road Plan"? If so, let's move this to the proper name. -- B.S. Lawrence 22:48, 10 November 2009 (UTC)

To Albemarle County, it's a priority list that serves mostly as a request or wish list. To VDOT, it's a Six Year Road Plan. Check here for more information--Seantubbs 00:23, 11 November 2009 (UTC)
