Steve Sellers will become the new police chief of Albemarle County on As of January 18, 2011. Sellers is currently deputy police chief in Fairfax County, Virginia. He will receive a salary of $119,000 a year[1].

Biography

Sellers received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a graduate degree in Public Administration from Virginia Tech. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police and the Major Cities Chiefs Association[2].
