The Starlight Express is a luxury bus service that travels from Charlottesville to New York City. It was founded in 2004 by Oliver Kuttner and David New. In 2010, the pair sold the company to A. Goff Transportation[1]. As part of the sale, the service will begin picking up passengers from the Amtrak station on West Main Street. However, that did not begin to occur until March 27 when the city allowed the bus service to begin using a Charlottesville Area Transit stop. [citation needed]
