St Clair Avenue is located adjacent from the 250 bypass that runs across the Locust Avenue bridge and is located up the street from the Burnley-Moran Elementary School. Before the 21st Century, St Clair Avenue ran across the 250 bypass as an intersection, before the median was added in the
