Spudnuts' storefront

The Spudnut Coffee Shop, existed from 1969 to 2016 in the building at 309 Avon Street. Known best as Spudnuts, the eatery was a Belmont-based restaurant specialising in the spudnut, a potato-flour donut - hence their name “spud” nuts.

Once a franchise, it was independently owned before closing in 2016. [1]
