Spring Hill Village is a mixed-use development between Avon Street Extended and Route 20 being planned by Weather Hill Homes.[1] Developer Vito Cetta said on April 26, 2016 that the development cannot be built unless the cash proffers are lowered.[2]

Background
Spring Hill Village is planned for 12.63 acres between Avon Street Extended and Route 20. The Board of Supervisors agreed in 2014 to rezone the property from R-1 to the neighborhood model district. [citation needed]
