Solomon Barth Weinberg was born on [[February 12]], [[1899]] in Staunton and moved to Charlottesville in [[1923]]. He attended the Staunton Military Academy, the [[University of Virginia]] and the school of pharmacy at the University of Maryland. He was a member of the Virginia Glee Club during the Glee Club 1920-1921 season. A fourth year during the season, he was also a member of Phi Epsilon Pi. He died on June 23, 1982 and was buried at [[Monticello Memorial Gardens]].

Barr, III, whose term expired August 31, 1952.
