Rob Schilling is a former Charlottesville City Councilor and the last Republican to sit on that body. He is currently the host of a two-hour program that airs daily on WINA. He was first elected in May 2002 and defeated for re-election in 2006.

Schilling announced plans for reelection on February 21, 2006[1].
