Riverside Village is a mixed-use community under construction off of Route 20 south of Darden-Towe Park by Stony Point Design-Build.

In June 2017, a solar canopy was installed in the parking lot of a condominium building as part of the development's Earthcraft rating. [1] The Sun Tribe Solar system installed by Martin Horn is expected to produce 35,000 kilowatts per year and is the first of its kind in the area. [2]
