The Rivanna Plaza is a proposed retail development located on the Northern end of Charlottesville, Virginia that will feature 32,100 square feet of commercial space on US29 in front of the Kegler's Bowling Alley[1], between the Lowe's home improvement center and Schewel's furniture store.
On May 5, 2009, the developer announced signed leases with Dunkin' Donuts (with a drive-thru) and an early education provider called the Learning Experience Childhood Development Centers<ref>[1]
