The Rivanna Plaza is a proposed retail development located on the Northern end of Charlottesville, Virginia that will feature 32,100 square feet of commercial space on US29 in front of the Kegler's Bowling Alley[1], between the Lowe's home improvement center and Schewel's furniture store.
On May 5, 2009, the developer announced signed leases with Dunkin' Donuts and an early education provider called the Learning Experience.
