Development projects
- 999 Rio Road – Developer Nicole Scro took a revised project to the CAC on December 5, 2019. The new version would feature a maximum of 28 units and 6,000 square feet of non-commercial uses. This would require a rezoning from the R-4 district to the Neighborhood Model District zoning. [1]
