Patrica H. Cooke is a former member of the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors who served in the early 1980's. [1] She and fellow Supervisors Gerald Fisher and Ellen Nash took a trip in the mid-1980's to Poggio a Caiano, Italy, to set up a student exchange program.[2]
Cooke asked to step down from the MPO Policy Board at the Board's meeting on September 10, 1986. She had served on the body since it was formed. [3] At that meeting, she also mentioned that she was the owner of a business in a major shopping center in the city, and reported that many people were using dumpsters at commercial shopping centers.
