Park Properties Management Company is a full-service management company specializing in multi-family, affordable and conventional housing, commercial property management, condominium management, and single-family homes, throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, with annual gross income values topping over 17 million.[2] Founded in 1989 by William Park, Park Properties Management Company has been managing residential and commercial properties in Central Virginia and across the state for over 30 years.[3]

Charlottesville Properties

  • Treesdale Apartments, as part of the Treesdale Park, is a 88-unit multi-family community with three multi-story buildings containing a mix of both two and three-bedroom apartments. The project was constructed as part of the Albemarle Housing Improvement Program, providing affordable units for residents who earn below 60 percent of the area median income.[4]
  • Brookdale Apartments is a 96-unit multifamily affordable housing apartment complex, which began construction in 2018.[5]
  • The Lofts at Meadowcreek is a residential development constructed in a 2.83-acre lot on Pen Park Lane off of Rio Road East and features 65 loft-style apartments atop an underground parking bay. [6]
