Orchard Acres is a 136-home neighborhood near Crozet that was built between the 1950's and 1970's. [1]


Rehabilitation

The Albemarle Housing Improvement Program applied for a million dollar Community Development Block Grant to rehabilitate between 25 and 30 homes in the neighborhood. [1] They received $700,000. [2]
