Old Trail Village is a planned mixed-use community being developed by the Beights Corporation that is under construction in Crozet. Old Trail includes multiple sections built by multiple builders, a golf course, a shopping village and other amenities. The development was approved with approximately 25,000 square feet of mixed commercial use, and 250,000 square feet in other commercial uses. Over 2,200 potential dwellings are possible[1].

Sales

In 2009, the developer of Old Trail reported $18.9 million in sales, a 29% increase over the previous year[2].
