Details

There are a total of five parcels in the nearly 36 acre development. Three of them are zoned R-15 currently, one is zoned R-10, and another is R-1. The Comprehensive Plan designates some of the property as urban residential density. Greystar is seeking a rezoning to R-15 for all the properties and seek to alter the classification of some steep slopes from preserved to managed. [2]
