The Observatory Hill Water Treatment Plant is a conventional-process water treatment plant located on Moores Creek Lane in Charlottesville. The plant receives and processes water for the Charlottesville-Albemarle area.[1]

The Sugar Hollow Pipeline connects to the Ragged Mountain Reservoir and the Observatory Hill Water Treatment Plant.
