North Pines

The North Pines subdivision was built in the mid-1980's and is near General Electric-FANUC in the northern development area of Albemarle County. The houses were built on two-acre lots at the same time that GE-FANUC was expanding[1]. The Albemarle County Service Authority provides water-only service to the neighborhood, but not sewer.
