Norman Dill (D) was elected as supervisor of the Rivanna Magisterial District seat on the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors on November 3, 2015. He defeated Richard Lloyd with 48.33 percent of the vote to Republican Richard LLoyd's 45.59 percent and Lawrence Gaughan's 6.03 percent. [1]

Dil is a graduate of the Harvard Business School who founded Rebecca’s Natural Food in 1987. He also was a co-owner of the Harlowe-Powell Auction Gallery and has been involved with several other area businesses
