Albemarle County is planning on creating a Moores Creek Greenway that would connect Sunset Avenue in the city of Charlottesville with Old Lynchburg Road near the county's southern office complex. [1]

Project Description

"Construct Shared Use Greenway Trail from Sunset Avenue to Old Lynchburg Road including a pedestrian crossing at Old Lynchburg Road to connect to Azalea Park. Also include sidewalk and bike facilities south on Old Lynchburg Road."
