Dairy Central is a mixed-use development under construction in Charlottesville. When completed, the project will have 50,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 square feet of retail space and around 180 apartments. [1]

The former Monticello Dairy Building is one of Charlottesville's individually protected properties, meaning any exterior changes or potential demolition would have to be approved by the Board of Architectural Review. The building is located at 946 Grady Avenue, but only part of the structure is protected. [2]
