Michael Osteen is a commissioner on the board of the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority having been appointed by City Council in June 2016. [1] He served on the Charlottesville Planning Commission from 2006 to 2014. He was appointed by City Council on October 2, 2006 for a term that expired on August 31, 2010. He was reappointed to a second term that ended in August 2014.
Osteen also served as the Commission's liaison with the Board of Architectural Review.
