Local Climate Action Planning Process

The Local Climate Action Planning Process (LCAPP) is a joint city-county-University initiative to coordinate policies to reduce the amount of greenhouse gases emitted from government buildings.

The initiative was reaffirmed by Albemarle County in September 2017. [1]
