Dr. Lizbeth Palmer is a veterinarian who specializes in end-of-life care for pets, and a member of the Albemarle County Service Authority's Board of Directors. Palmer is also a member of the League of Women Voters.
Palmer was originally appointed by former Supervisor Sally Thomas to the ACSA Board, but Supervisor Duane Snow opted to select Marvin Hilton instead. When Hilton died, Palmer was reappointed.
