The Lane / Corman Joint Venture is the consortium of construction companies that were awarded a $116.7 million design-build contract for three projects in the Route 29 Solutions package. The group consists of Lane Construction Company of Chantilly, Virginia, Corman Construction of Chesterfield and RK&K. [1]

Contract scope

The joint venture will design and build the Rio Road interchange, widen U.S. 29 between Polo Grounds Road and Hollymead Town Center, and the extension of Berkmar Drive.

All three must be completed by October 30, 2017.
